What forms of payment are
accepted at Xavier's Boutique? |

We accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover, and American Express credit cards processed through PayPal. You
can also pay by electronic check (e-check).
At this time we cannot accept CODs, money orders, or paper checks for online
purchases. |

Will sales tax be charged
to my order? |

We are required by law to charge
applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Virginia. |

Can I cancel or change my
order? |

Unfortunately, no. As soon
as your order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for
processing. |

Is the credit card information
I submit secure? |

Yes. We utilize the secure
online checkout service PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts
your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using
the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of
128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information
reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both
physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall
and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information
remains secure. |

Can I have my purchase gift
wrapped? |
|
|
At this time we do not offer
gift wrapping services. We do not enclose an invoice listing prices with
the shipments. Invoices are mailed separately to the purchasers. Prices are
not disclosed to gift recipients. |

When will I receive my
order? |
|
|
Regular merchandise (excluding
some items, see below) usually ship in 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday,
excluding holidays) after the date your order is placed. Orders are shipped
via USPS or UPS.
Handmade, specialty products, and gift baskets may take longer to ship. If
applicable, these longer shipping times are noted in the product
description. |

How much are shipping and
handling costs per order? |

Due to high gas prices, shipping
rates are as follows: |

USPS Delivery: Flat
fee of $10.00 per order. In addition, there is a per item charge of $2.00
for each additional item.
UPS Delivery: Flat fee of $15.00 per order. In addition, there is
a per item charge of $2.50 for each additional item. |

Additional charges apply to
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs, and Rush Delivery. |

How do I know when my order
has been shipped? |

You will receive an email
confirming your order has been shipped as well as the carrier's shipment
tracking number, if available. You can also track the status of your order

Can I have an order shipped
to an address outside the U.S.? |

Yes, but only if it will be
delivered to an APO or FPO address. |

Do you ship
internationally? |

No. Currently, we can only
ship orders within the U.S. and to APOs and FPOs. |
