RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES

All non-defective returned items must be returned in their original packaging and received within seven (7) days of delivery. To ensure your return is received within that time frame, we suggest that you ship all returns via UPS or the original shipper. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment. Xavier's Boutique is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; we do not pay for return shipping. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% (of original purchase price) restocking fee. When your return is received in good condition within seven (7) days, a refund will be posted to your credit card via PayPal for the amount of the returned item(s) less the 25% restocking fee. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check in the amount of the returned item(s) less the 25% restocking fee will be issued to you within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return a non-defective item for replacement or refund, please complete the form below and enclose with item(s) being returned. Due to health reasons, bed linens that have been opened and no clothing items can be returned.

If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail (custsvc@xaviersboutique.com) immediately for instructions on how to place a claim with the shipper for damages. If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately. Upon return, we will ship out a replacement if the defect is confirmed. Return shipping for defective items is at the customer's expense; we do not pay for return shipping.

Item(s) returned for exchange must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery in its original packaging. If an exchange item is of a lesser value than the original purchase, a refund will be posted to your credit card via PayPal for the difference. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check for the difference will be issued to you within 30 days. If an exchange item is of a greater value than the original purchase, a request will be sent for authorization of additional charges to your credit card. Please enclose a check or money order for the additional amount if you originally paid by check or money order. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned items. Customers are not charged for shipping an exchange item.  Due to health reasons, bed linens that have been opened and no clothing items can be exchanged.

• All returns MUST be shipped via UPS Ground or the original shipper to meet the return guidelines and deadlines.
• Any returns or exchanges that do not meet these guidelines will be sent back to the customer.
• Customer must complete the form on the back of the invoice enclosed with your original shipment and include it with return or exchange item. Any items returned without the completed form on the back of the invoice will be sent back to the customer.
